Hi, I’m Niko.

I live in Münster, Germany, and work as an indie developer. Currently, I’m building Human Context, a local-first writing space for developing thoughts in your own words before AI enters the conversation.

Since 2020, I’ve run an online chess school for kids called chess4u where 5,000 kids learned chess. Two of those kids went on to become German youth champions :)

I recently built Schachmanager which lets you manage your irl chess tournaments.

I studied physics at TU Dortmund.
